Little Norton Mill is the perfect base from which to explore much of what Somerset, Dorset and East Devon has to offer. There are days out and activities to suit all interests including: National Trust and English Heritage properties, public gardens and nature reserves, numerous walking and cycling routes, and museums to suit all interests. Many of these are literally on the doorstop and all others within easy reach. Although we are surrounded by gorgeous countryside and pretty villages, we are only 2 miles from the A303, so getting out-and-about is really straight forward.

In addition to all the tourist attractions, there are a wealth of historic market towns and villages in the area to explore, such as Crewkerne, Wells, Montacute, Somerton, Martock, Bruton, Beaminster, Sherborne, Frome, Glastonbury & Cerne Abbas. The Jurassic coast at Lyme Regis and West Bay is also only 40 mins away.

Although Little Norton Mill is self-catering, those that wish to eat out have a number of great country pubs and restaurant within each reach, all serving locally sourced and seasonal food and drink. There are 3 great country pubs within a mile, with other offerings in the surrounding area.
